ALTW’s “3-3-3 SPE” mechanical interfaces are all designed and made according to IEEE 802.3bp standard. Three mechanical mating interfaces IP67 and above allow the freedom to choose the interconnects suitable to the needs and requirements of industrial and ruggedized applications.

Cat6A RJFTV connectors for harsh environments are IP68-rated and shock, vibration, and traction resistant. No cabling operation in the field and no tools are required. Applications include battlefield communication, C4ISR, data acquisition & transmission in harsh environments, armored vehicles, battleships, rail mass transit.

uCom miniature, high speed Cat6A & Cat7 Ethernet connectors meet environmental testing based on MIL-DTL-38999 Series III military spec (thread version) and based on MIL- DTL-26482 military specifications (Push Pull version). uCom is also available in 38999 Series III, Shell size 11.

Axorad cables and cable assemblies are ideal for applications that require radiation resistance combined with high or low temperatures, extreme mechanical stress, and miniaturization, in standard or inert atmosphere. They can be used in nuclear plants, particle detectors, accelerators or scientific devices.

Axon’s cables and cable assemblies for harsh environments, including submarine applications, are designed to resist high pressure (50 bars for example). The materials are selected to withstand sea water and corrosion. A perfect seal inside the connector and a strong adhesion of the overmolding on the cable are required.

The CMA series circular military connectors are specifically designed for equipment in harsh environments. Available equipped with 04, 06, 10, 14 and 22 contacts, their toughness and ergonomics are appreciated in a wide range of applications such as radios, intercoms, tactical equipment, and optronic devices.
