New applications requiring ruggedized products A proliferation of new data centers are currently in development to meet the demands of processing and storing AI data. Consequently, innovative systems have been introduced to deliver efficient cooling.

Bulgin SPE connectors support speeds up to 10BASE-T1L and feature a secure 30° quick-twist bayonet coupling, making them ideal for harsh-environment applications. Drone applications are increasingly enhancing their operational capabilities through the integration of AI models. These models are utilized for object detection and identification, with data being transmitted to opera - tors in real time. Furthermore, these functionalities have been employed to assist in the inspection of structures such as wind turbines, delivering a level of detail that would otherwise necessitate considerable time for man- ual reporting by the operator. Bulgin supplies a range of products, including the 4000 Series Buccaneer in both power and data variants, as well as vandal-resistant indicators, among others. New connectors in development As the demand for AI continues to grow, there is an increasing need for faster and more robust connectors to support emerging AI applications and their associated infrastructure, including data centers, ensuring reliable delivery to a wide user base. This requirement is being addressed through the development of higher-capacity connectors, enhancing existing products with increased current ratings, and introducing innovative, entirely new connector designs. Furthermore, the aim is to enable the combined trans-

Bulgin is now supplying Buccaneer connectors to power data center cooling systems. As this application continues to expand, Bulgin anticipates further enhancements and developments within its connector range in the coming years. Industry 4.0, particularly the Internet of Things (IoT), has led to the deployment of sensors at the field level, gen - erating increased volumes of data related to parameters such as frequency and temperature. Consequently, fast- er connectivity from the field to facilitate real-time data collection and support machine learning (ML) algorithms powered by AI is needed. Single-pair Ethernet (SPE) has been developed to bridge the final connection between IT networks and field-level sensors. To ensure these so - phisticated sensors can operate reliably in challenging environments, SPE technology enables deployment in harsh conditions while providing the high-speed trans- mission necessary for field-level ML applications.
