As data rates and EMI requirements increase, the Micro-D becomes more limited. Axon’ has therefore developed MicroMach®, a new optimized high data rate connector. Combined with Axon’s ESCC3902/004 Low Mass SpaceWire cable, this connector provides an unbeatable SpaceWire performance to mass ratio.
SMA straight full crimp/crimp plug with gold-plated contact and body. Contact and crimp sleeve are annealed for enhanced performance. IP68 rated when used with heat shrink outer contact and hex nut made from stainless steel. They are suitable for use with RD316 and similar cables in group AE.
SMB 50 ohm Right Angle Rear Mounted bulkhead mount solder crimp jack is IP68 hermetically sealed and tested to 50 m unmated, with a single flat on the body. Gold-plated contact and body. The center contact and crimp sleeve are annealed for enhanced performance. Suitable for RG174 and similar cables in group AD.

High-Speed WTB Connectors are offered in two assembly methods: fixed and plug-in types. Both adopt IDC piercing technology, which makes production more economical and allows for a more stable connection. The interlocking mechanism also helps avoid the risk of the plug loosening when shaken or impacted.
High-Speed BTB Connectors are designed with double-contact spring terminals, resisting shock and vibration up to 2K Hz. Interlocking mechanisms effectively avoid plug loosening during vibration/impact. The pegs reduce stress on terminals during assembly and increase retention force between product and PCB.
