They can be used in nuclear plants, particle detectors, accelerators, and scientific devices.
Axon’ Cable cables and cable assemblies for harsh environments including submarine applications are designed to resist high pressure (50 bars for example). The materials are selected to withstand seawater and corrosion with a perfect seal inside the connector and a strong adhesion of the overmolding on the cable.
Octax® Ultra High-Speed Ethernet connectors support data transmission speeds of 10 Gb/s or higher in single and multiple port circular, rectangular, and custom connector interfaces. Exceeds ANSI/TIA/EIA-568-B.2 Category 6, Category 7 specifications, compliant with TIA/EIA and ISO CAT6A, CAT7 standards.
